Refurbishment, upgrading and extension of an early 19th century Gate Lodge within the curtilage of a Grade II listed Hall including external hard and soft landscaping.
Initial impressions of the Lodge were ‘redundant’, ‘un-loved’, ‘cold’ and ‘damp’ but with charming original detailing, stonework and slated roofs.
Our brief was to revitalise the property, re-plan the internal space and create a homely, welcoming interior.
