After getting in touch with us, we’ll discuss the project brief with you. We’ll listen to your ideas and advise on any possible design, technical and planning issues.

The first phase of design involves producing sketch plans and discussing ideas. If requested, we can then produce photo rendered 3D images to assist in the visualisation of the completed project.

Once the concept designs have been agreed, we will prepare a preliminary budget and highlight any areas of cost risk.

The designs will be progressed and detailed with regular client liaison and discussions. Any necessary application for statutory consents will be submitted. Design choices will be discussed and agreed. Interior choices can be discussed with Abercrombies Interior Design, part of the Created by Monument group.

We control every aspect of this phase including building works, services, interior fitments and liaising with statutory bodies.

Once statutory consents are in place and the design choices are broadly agreed, a suite of high-quality information will be produced including construction drawings and specifications.

Prepare a comprehensive snagging list and ensure all works are completed to the required high standard. We will provide a pack including statutory consents, any applicable guarantees and instruction manuals and we can also arrange personal demonstrations of any items installed.

We are never more than a phone call away and offer a defects liability period of six months after practical completion.
