Design + build means these services are carried out by a single entity and rely on a single point of responsibility contract. Our process minimises risks and overall costs for the project owner. Overlapping the design and construction phases also reduces the delivery schedule.

The design shows the look and function of a building or space before it’s built. It includes ideas, sketches, drawings, images and discussions. Photo quality 3D images can also be produced to assist in visualising the finished project. It’s our job to design a life less ordinary, something unique.

Along with our own team, we only use a handful of trusted tradesmen and companies to carry out the high level of workmanship we expect and you deserve. All projects are closely supervised by our in-house team from start to finish.
