Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, Martin is responsible for estimating and tendering, managing cost reviews, and overseeing subcontract procurement. He also handles valuations, payments, variations, cost reporting, and final account agreements, ensuring projects remain commercially on track.

 

George Youern

Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, George oversees a diverse range of building projects from inception to completion, including control of contracts, financial monitoring and quality compliance. George has been part of the team since 2019.

 

Charlotte Bezant

Construction Project Coordinator

As project coordinator, Charlotte is responsible for planning, monitoring progress, assisting with procurement and reporting. Before joining us, Charlotte studied Architecture at Newcastle University and worked in project planning for new-build developments.
